The Winery "Dakishvili Family Selection" was founded by Gogi Dakishvili in 2002 and specializes
in small-batch, high-quality winemaking. The two cellars of the Dakishvili family are located in
the neighboring villages of Shalauri and Kisikhevi, which are surrounded by mountains and forests.
Region Kakheti is a renowned winemaking region and is recognized as the cradle of Qvevri winemaking.
