Our philosophy is simple: we make healthy wines, with minimum amount of sulfur dioxide. We care about nature, try to be environmentally friendly and thatвЂ™s why we managed to ensure the sustainable development of our vineyards. We donвЂ™t use any herbicides and systemic spray materials.
Our ECO-sustainable vineyards are uncertified by category BIO. We donвЂ™t pollute environment and our employers are important for us. There is a question(when asked) ( why we are not Bio) it is easy to answer; there are lots of procedures that require time and energy. For quality production oriented cellar still no time, however, we plan to be certified in our long-term strategy.
